2004

AFTER HAVING STARTED 2 NEW CHURCHES IN 2003, WE'RE MOVING ON WITH OUR CHURCH PLANTING EFFORTS BY THE GRACE OF GOD IN 2004.

A FRUITFUL SUMMER (2004) THE LORD HAS ALLOWED US TO PLANT A NEW CHURCH IN "ONOK."

2006/7

Furlough was during 2006/7

Last year (2007) we had 4 tent meetings. God blessed. We had many saved, teenagers, children and adults. We pitched tent for our last meeting in a small village of Berezne (pop. 1000). We had over 20 people get saved; about 10 children, 5 adults and about 5 teenagers. At present Sasha (our missionary sent out of Bible Baptist Church in Kiev) is trying to secure a permanent place to have services. That is one of the most difficult tasks after tent evangelism. He does not have a budget to spend lots of money to rent out a place. So his choices are limited. Please pray that he will be able to find a decent place for services.

2009

Here are the men from the Rehab Center in north eastern Ukraine. These men have a ministry visiting jails in that county preaching the word of God. They also want to take our lessons (48 of them) of the Correspondence Course that we started back in '93'. We have witnessed an increasing interest in these lessons. We never thought that this ministry would have "taken off" as it has. Thanks to the Lord that promised "to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us," (Eph. 3:20).

Here you see those that wanted to start the Correspondence Course for Bible Believers. The lady in the back is Antonina. She has opened her house in that village for us to hold services. She has 3 sons. One was already saved. The 2nd son was saved in Kiev after a morning service and her youngest son, Igor (19) was saved in their house there in the village of Roodeh (pop.1200). God has blessed us with a pretty good start of fruit. We hope by the grace of God that the Lord will continue to work in the hearts of these people in Roodeh. After 70 years of communism, it is quite difficult for nationals to take root and stick concerning the things of God. In these small communities everybody knows each other. Now that a new church has been started others don't take to that too well, to say the least. A Communistic spirit still hangs over the heads of those in former Soviet Russia, Ukraine, especially in smaller towns and villages. Also please pray that the Lord will continue to supply LABOURERS. Sasha, our missionary has got his work "cut out" for him. He makes the rounds each week to places where we've previously pitched tent and got works going. He will need HELP. Oh that God would send more labourers into His harvest. The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray YE therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.

Thank you very much for investing your time and prayers in the Lord’s work. May the Lord bless you.

But we will not boast of things without our measure, but according to the measure of the rule which God hath distributed to us, a measure to reach even unto you.
For we stretch not ourselves beyond our measure, as though we reached not unto you: for we are come as far as to you also in preaching the gospel of Christ:

(2 Cor. 10:13, 14).
